At Kathmandu New Zealand, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition with tags attached.

Securely pack your items and include the original tax invoice or a completed returns form to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.
Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
